                秋季養生重養肺 應季水果可多差距吃

                  秋季幹燥,養生重在▓養肺。本市營◥養師劉艷君提示,市民日常可以多食∩用一些應季水果,以達◣到潤燥養肺的作用。

                  梨是一打種富含水分的水果,在幹燥●的秋天,每◥天食用一顆梨既可以起到補水的效果,還能起到潤肺的作用。

                  柚子無論是果皮威勢還是果肉都很適合秋季食用,尤其是果皮,煮水泡茶可以起視線里到化痰止咳、潤肺降火的作用。

                  石榴營養價值很高,維生素C含量相↙當豐富,具有良好的抗氧化轟一瞬間作用,直接食用或榨汁是簡單又方便的食用方法。
